Built for the Robinhood L2

Your hardware,
the chain's backbone.

RePin is a decentralized physical infrastructure network for the Robinhood Layer-2. Plug in a node to provide RPC, bandwidth, oracle data, or proving power, and get paid in $REPIN for the work your machine actually does.

What is DePIN?

Infrastructure shouldn't sit inside three data centers.

DePIN (decentralized physical infrastructure networks) uses token incentives to crowdsource real-world hardware instead of renting it from one provider. People run devices, the network verifies the work those devices do, and the protocol pays for it.

RePin points that model at the Robinhood Layer-2 chain. The RPC endpoints, bandwidth, price oracles, and proving power a busy trading chain leans on come from thousands of independent operators, not a single company's server room.

What you get back is infrastructure that's censorship-resistant, spread across the map, and owned by the people who run it.

01

Physical, not just staked

Rewards come from real devices doing measurable work, not from locking tokens alone.

02

Coverage you can prove

Proof-of-Coverage cryptographically confirms a node served real traffic, in a real place, at a real time.

03

Grows where it's needed

Operators are paid in $REPIN, so capacity shows up exactly where demand is highest.

Network architecture

Four layers, one settlement guarantee.

Work flows up from real hardware; finality flows down from Ethereum. A node's contribution is measured, proven, and paid before its data is trusted, and every L2 batch settles to Ethereum underneath it.

  • Physical. Operators run RPC, bandwidth, oracle and compute nodes.
  • Protocol. RePin scores coverage, handles staking, and pays $REPIN.
  • Robinhood L2. Sequences and executes trades at high throughput.
  • Ethereum. Anchors the validity proofs for final settlement.

How it works

From plug-in to payout, in four steps.

Install the client, contribute the resource you already have, and let proof-of-coverage handle the accounting.

Node types

Contribute whatever you've got.

Each node type covers a real need of the Robinhood L2 and earns on its own reward market. Run one, or run the whole rack.

Requirements & setup
RELAY

RPC Relay Node

Serve read/write RPC traffic for the Robinhood L2. Absorb request load, cut latency for traders, and earn per verified request served.

4 vCPU · 16GB RAM1 Gbps symmetric
BANDWIDTH

Edge Bandwidth Node

Relay blocks, state diffs, and mempool gossip out to the edge. Paid on proof-of-coverage for the regions and uptime you actually serve.

2 vCPU · 8GB RAM500 Mbps+ uplink
ORACLE

Price Oracle Node

Push signed market data from real venues on-chain. Stake $REPIN, report honestly, earn feed fees. Slashing keeps the prices true.

Low-latency link5,000 $REPIN stake
COMPUTE

Prover / Compute Node

Generate the ZK validity proofs that settle the L2 down to Ethereum. Contribute GPU cycles to the proving market, earn on every batch.

Tokenomics

$REPIN goes to the operators.

A fixed supply of one billion $REPIN, with the biggest slice reserved for node rewards. Emissions taper each epoch and network fees route back to active operators, so payouts follow real usage, not hype.

Documentation

Everything you need to go live.

A single command gets a testnet node running. From there, the docs cover staking, reward claims, slashing, and the full RPC surface.
